Hourly Rates
Our hourly rate fee is the fee we charge to perform any repairs needed on your equipment. This pertains to any job not covered under our flat service rates. Our hourly rates are billed in fifteen (15) minute intervals. Any parts needed to complete the job are extra.

All after hours or weekend service calls will be charged $100 per hour



Lawn Fleet Care - Fully Customizable

The Lawn Fleet Care Program combines commitment to a worry-free preventive maintenance experience, plus the following fleet-specific benefits to deliver a professional fleet management solution.

Purchase Controls
You maintain control of your fleet maintenance and expenses by specifying service restrictions and purchase limits

Consolidated Billing
You receive one monthly invoice summarizing the services performed on your entire fleet



5% Discounts to: Seniors, Active or Retired Military, Fire, Police and EMS Personnel.

​URBAN auto | lawn REPAIR - Customer Service Agreement
Payment is due upon completion of work. If the customer will not be home at the time of delivery payment needs to be left somewhere on the premises. If payment is not left on the premises the customer's equipment will not be returned and additional delivery fees will accrue.

Equipment will remain in the possession of URBAN auto | lawn REPAIR until payment has been received in full. Storage fees apply.



Unless other arrangements have been agreed to and put in writing, a storage fee of $10 per week will be applied beginning two (2) weeks after notification has been given to the customer that their equipment has been repaired and is ready for pick up or delivery.

After thirty (30) days, any and all equipment that has not been paid for in full will become the property of URBAN auto | lawn REPAIR. A mechanics lean will be filed for and equipment will be sold to cover repair costs.
